Health & Safety

As part of our mission to “provide a safe and rewarding environment for our team members”, health and safety are of the utmost importance to our organization.
Globally, we are guided by our manufacturing principals, S1, Q2, P3 (Safety first, followed by Quality and Productivity). Additionally, each site maintains its own regulated safety programs that include annual training on a wide variety of safety topics.


Enbi is serious about its corporate responsibility for environmental protection, and has increased the focus and resources being applied to environmental responsibility. Our Environmental, Health, and Safety functions provide leadership to each location, ensuring sound processes for compliance with all local & federal environmental laws and standards. Many of our sites are ISO 14001 compliant; and those that are not certified are still guided to pursue the same standards of environmental care.


Quality is woven into our DNA at Enbi. An important value in our mission is “to deliver the highest level of service and comprehensive support to our OEM customers”, and this is why we put Q2 (Quality) above all, second only to safety. Each site has its own quality policy that addresses the specific markets and technologies of which they are engaged, and most Enbi sites are ISO-9001 certified.

Trade Compliance

We consistently monitor trade policies for imports and exports, and to drive sound business practices worldwide and avoid corrupt foreign business practices. As with Employee, Health, and Safety (EH&S), we have resources that are responsible for monitoring regulations, developing processes, and assisting the businesses in the daily application of trade compliance policies. Additionally, we ensure key staff members are attending professional training courses focused on Foreign Corrupt Practices Art (FCPA) and Trade Compliance.

If an employee suspects misconduct / violations of ethical business standards, they may seek information and clarification or file a report to our anonymous whistleblower hotline. Enbi has a global compliance organization that responds to any violation promptly.
